ok here is a few tips to help your weight loss.
Eat lots of protein, meats, yogurt, cheese, nuts, or protein shakes and bars. when buying the bars make sure the protein amount is higher than the sugar.
Drink lots and lots of water. stop drinking soda, tea, and juices. you can have other beverages once a week. other than that drink water.
Walk a mile or two a day. I no sometimes that's impossible due to weather. if you cant walk do another workout indoors. like cardio, aerobics, circuit workout.
Don't eat after 7 pm.
stay away from sugary sweets
